There was a story in the news yesterday about a Pittsfield Township hit and run accident. The accident took place on Monday, June 7th, in the evening hours.   10. The animal, other than a dog, is dangerous and is not kept indoors;
  11. The person is convicted of owning a vicious dog and then acquires another dog within 2 years of the date of the conviction.

Fatal Ypsilanti Township Pedestrian Accident

There was a story in the paper today about a fatal Ypsilanti Township pedestrian accident on December 6 in Washtenaw County. According to the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office, the pedestrian was walking along Michigan Avenue, near Wiard Road, when a 17-year-old driver allegedly attempted to swerve to avoid hitting the pedestrian but was unable to avoid the pedestrian.
